Damad Dam Project in Jizan

The main objective of this dam is to protect people of the region from the dangers of floods apart from making use of rainwater for drinking and agricultural purposes. This dam with a capacity of 55.5 million cubic meters per day. It is a rock compacted concreted (RCC) Dam Project. It's height is 152 meter, crest length is 592m. Total quantity of concrete is 305,000m3.
