Replacement of Segment (A&B) of Al Ghat-Buraida Pipeline in New Steel Pipe, 1600mm Dia. at Ring Road Crossing

The purpose of this project is replacement of Segment (A&B) pipeline with new steel pipe at Ring Road Crossing as below details: - Excavation for thrust boring launching & receiving pits. - Supply and delivery of special concrete casing pipes (dia. 2000mm). - Supply and delivery of steel main pipes and bends (dia. 1600mm). - Thrust boring for dia. 2000 special concrete casing pipes. - Installation of dia. 1600mm steel main pipes. - Removal of affected PCCP pipes & bends. - Installation of cathodic protection system. - Installation of telecontrol/fiber optic cables and PVC pipe casing. - Installation of filler materials in gaps between the concrete casing & steel pipe - Installation of new concrete thrust blocks and closure walls. - Backfilling and compaction.
